@dwarkesh_sp The problem, I would assume, is that knowledge is not motivation. Knowledge is just data. Whatever a LLM does, is because of the input prompts from the user. The user supplies the input based on their motivation. People have wants and desires and motives. Smart libraries do not.
@watersapire @richdaddye@engineers_feed I'm afraid I have to stop you there. Science is not Truth. It's a methodology that attempts to uncover Truth. Science is just a way of thinking and asking questions in a methodical way, it doesn't equate to Truth.
@engineers_feed For me, it's the Monster group. The largest of the sporadic groups in Group Theory. A symmetrical structure that has 196,883 dimensions. Nobody truly knows what it is. All we know, is that it exists.
@CiscoBeats@jordanbpeterson@YouTube@elonmusk If this is true, then why are advertising companies moving away from Twitter because of it's focus on free speech? Never forget, Marketing and Advertising are nothing more than professional lies.
@engineers_feed George Boole: The man responsible for Boolean logic and arithmetic, without whom, none of us would be able to communicatie any of these ideas to eachother with such ease.
@IrishRail What's causing all the overcrowding on trains these days? Surely this is approaching a safety threshold? Dublin/Waterford is beyond overcrowded.
@realGeorgeHotz What Twitter really needs, is login from biometrics only. No more passwords. Also, with a unique marker beside all biometrically verified human accounts, so everyone knows who's human. Also, bots shouldn't be utilised to trick real human users either. That's unethical.
@hlorus1 I can produce a 2D sketch on 1 plane, but how did you create the radial 3D part with the holes in it? I can't seem to figure out how to mesh on more than 1 plane at a time.
