@Ankaman616 Worse is that the city of Toronto are bragging all over the news about the big profit they’re making on the roughly 3,500 tickets they bought for about USD50 each.
This is about two months after they voted to make ticket scalping illegal.

@Ankaman616 I’m Irish but I’m living in Toronto for the last 10 years so being a huge football fan I was delighted when I the World Cup was announced!
Unfortunately it’s hundreds to thousands per ticket.
I live about 30-40 mins from BMO field and I won’t see a single game.

Do these 3 simple things CONSISTENTLY to get in the best shape of your life!
1) Workout 3-5 times a week with challenging weights
2) eat 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight EVERY day
3) add extra vegetables EVERY day
~80% of your resting metabolic rate (think "metabolism") is explained by the amount of lean muscle you have.
There aren't many things which impact your RMR ("fast vs slow") more.
Each 1 pound of muscle = an extra ~6-10 kcal burned/day.
Sounds small, but it clearly adds up.
