@QuantStrategist I am not sure why the strong negative reaction. The report was in line with what I expected. I expected them to pay a little more debt, so I wonder where that cash went. Demand is healthy and the company should keep performing. We will see more details in the full year report

@Aksel465 I think their products and MLM scheme is questionable, as with other competitors. Their # of distributors has decreased sharply in the past years while revenue has only decreased slightly. So, they don’t seem to rely on expanding the network to generate cash.

@SU917161719 2. I have no view on who approached. I think the board genuinely considered the potential offer. The company said in the AGM "the board diligently contemplated the proposal" but "the broker was ultimately unable to verify the funding package of the potential bidder". $AVAP
@SU917161719 Regardless there is a lot of demands for $AVAP's fleet. Selling it in parts is also compelling. I have wondered if they can resell their purchase rights to ATR given the strong demand for aircrafts, but I am unsure if this is possible.

1. Unsure who are the best ones. There could be many options. There have been many financial buyers of larger lessors with 100+ aircrafts. For example, 777 Partners announced they intend to order 100+ ATRs. Apollo partnered to buy another lessor.
