Dear Madam, I am a resident of Apna Vihar, Kunjwani. Summers have just started & load shedding has started. Last night we had a power cut for 3 hours. Today at 1300 hrs we had a power cut & its 1610 hrs right now & no relief till now.

From last 6 days there are unscheduled power cuts after every 5 minutes, the available voltage at our homes is around 90 volts. Where to go? Whom to contact in #JammuAndKashmir?
