I still havenโt been able to get access to Sora, so I canโt comment on how good it is. My guess, though, is that in the long run Tomโs conclusion is correct - the really useful image/video AI will come from the gaming side. The current approach with transforms and diffusion gives you virtually no real control over the creation process, and trying to get a consistent output is a nightmare.
