Wow. President Trump just had HUD Secretary Scott Turner on the stage and he said it perfectly.

@HighImpactFlix When I was in 6th grade- I took a speech and debate. We lost points if we didn’t keep our hands and gestures in one of 3 poses. This being one of them. I’m a nobody but they taught us that.
