Yesterday, JD Vance complained that his 3-year-old daughter was scared by a group of protesters shouting “Slava Ukraini.” He even went so far as to call some of them “sh*t.”

The hypocrisy in his statement is staggering. His and Trump’s actions are directly leading to Ukrainian children being killed daily by russian missiles and drones. Now, what would you call a person like that?!

The girl in the video lost her leg due to a russian attack. Yet she continues to smile, she continues to live. She is a symbol of the unyielding strength of the Ukrainian people who are fighting pure evil.

Faces of war. Faces of heroes.

These people lived the same peaceful life as millions of people. Until Russian fascists came to their home, who began to bomb and destroy their cities, their people, their country, their families.
And they were forced to take up arms to protect the most valuable and important things in our lives.

These days, sitting at the festive Christmas table, do not forget to pray and remember the heroes who are now far from home, far from their families, relatives, and children.

Who are now protecting from russian fascists the most valuable thing we have: their families, their children, their land and their home, their freedom and life, their people.

Pray that each of them will return home alive to their families.
And support them in any way you can.

A war criminal was eliminated in russia
On the morning of October 20, 2024, the corpse of a war criminal was found in the village of Suponevo near Bryansk.
Dmytro Golenkov was a pilot of the 52nd heavy bomber aviation regiment of the russian armed forces (military unit 33310), which is based at the airfield
"Shaykovka", where Tu-22M3 bombers are in service.
The war criminal held the post of chief of staff of the russian aviation squadron. He was involved in rocket attacks on Ukrainian civilian objects, in particular on the Amstor shopping center in the city of Kremenchuk, Poltava region. As a result of the war crime, 22 people died and dozens were injured at that time.
Golenkov is also responsible for a rocket attack on a residential building in Dnipro on January 14 2023, when 46 Ukrainian civilians died, including 6 children.

I'm tired of hearing that Ukraine’s fight for survival is criticized or that it isn’t fighting well. Mistakes happen, as they do in every country, but Ukraine’s battlefield achievements are unprecedented and deserve the highest respect from anyone who values freedom and liberty.

Let’s look at some key facts:
- russia is 28 times larger than Ukraine.
- Russia’s population at the start of the war was 3.5 times bigger.
- Russia had 4 times more military personnel in 2022.
- Russia held 10 times more armored vehicles in reserve than Ukraine.
- Russia possesses the world’s largest natural resource wealth and uses it to fuel its economy. Meanwhile, Ukraine’s efforts to benefit from its agricultural resources are blocked by neighboring friendly countries.

Despite these overwhelming odds, here’s what Ukraine has achieved:
- After 2.5 years, Ukraine has lost only 12% of its territory.
- 6,000 russian tanks and 11,000 armored vehicles have been destroyed, with visual confirmation.
- The russian Black Sea Fleet had to be relocated to Novorossiysk due to Ukrainian strikes.
- Hundreds of thousands of russian soldiers have been killed in action.
- Ukraine has conducted strikes 1,200 km into russia, targeting ammunition depots, oil refineries, and other critical infrastructure.

When people say, “Ukraine can’t win,” the real reason is often that allies lack the political will to provide sufficient support—often contributing only a fraction of a percent of their GDP. Much of the equipment provided is also overpriced, costing the equivalent of a new system to replace a 30-year-old infantry fighting vehicle (IFV).

Despite these challenges, I remain grateful to every country that supports Ukraine in any way. But also I have to stay realistic.

Historically, few—if any—countries have fought under such conditions and achieved what Ukraine has. Meanwhile, surveys show a declining willingness to fight for one’s country in Europe and the West. If you won’t fight for yourself, at least support those willing to do so—because Ukraine is the last buffer between you and those who would take your freedom by force.
