Gary Gensler’s record of failures to protect investors and abuses of power make clear the need to restructure the @SECgov.
See you in the morning @GaryGensler.
Gensler is one *of too many* making a fatal mistake. The more America moves against crypto, the more nations who've NOT previously had a level playing field will embrace it, thus pushing the US further, and further behind. Arguably today, it's too late.

Everyone in Congress should take note of this tweet by @WarrenDavidson . Look at the likes, tweets, retweets. That's the voters telling you loud and clear enough of the words, letters and tweets. Match the bad guys' ruthless actions with twice the ruthless actions....then kick them when they're down....that's what the voters want....we are sick and tired of being sick and tired. @GOPMajorityWhip@PatrickMcHenry
Yep. To correct a long series of abuses, I am introducing legislation that removes the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and replaces the role with an Executive Director that reports to the Board (where authority resides). Former Chairs of the SEC are ineligible.
@ewarren This is coming from the person who gave @GaryGensler, not only the questions, but the suggested answers to those questions before an oversight hearing. You violated your oath and you have become a disgrace. Anyone else would’ve been fired at their job for doing what you did.
Agreed 💯 👏 @HesterPeirce
Every member of Congress should receive a copy of Commissioner Peirce’s recent dissent. Her words are the words of a sitting Commissioner, not a critic, like me, or a business/entrepreneur like @coinbase. Powerful.
Imagine the level of hero Jack Teixeira would be to the media & to the left if he leaked that the Trump Administration was waging an unlawful war against a nuclear super-power without the knowledge of the people or the approval of Congress?
He’d make Superman look like a bitch!
@Ripple’s liquidity hub w/o XRP is causing a stir. I don’t see why it has caused the stir that it has, but I don’t know the ins and outs of Liquidity Hub, so maybe I’m missing something. Sounds like a great Twitter Spaces as long as someone who knows the ins and outs is on.
In addition to ironing this t-shirt (which republishes code from a comment letter), will I need to register as an exchange before wearing it? "It depends," per the SEC's latest release: https://t.co/mARz8FzNZD
The @SECGov said Ethereum was already fully decentralized, without a third party promoter and fully developed in June 2018 - after less than 3 years of existence.
