Commissioned 60 former drug addicts to become champions of drugs and substance abuse after successfully going through the rehabilitation process. Since 2016, we have rehabilitated 500 such addicts. A rehabilitation center is also captured in this year's budget.@governorkibwana

We are rolling out a youth mentorship program on alcohol, drugs and substance abuse. We began by creating awareness, and now taking them thro' self-awareness and behavioural change. Later we will coach them on livelihoods and link them with potential donors.
