#brusselsairport usual embarrassment to return to my host country with the Immigration queue at least 2.5hours from here. Bitter experiences of this so, time to learn and fly to Schiphol or Paris and take the train from there. Brussels airport can't want the repeated trade...

@Avis flew from Brussels to Heathrow faster than it has taken to not even get to the front of the queue for T5 car rental pick up. Terrible service so far...

@LeShuttle_Help Never any reason given, and near on every day now delays and zero comms on site. Which would be ok if the charges for crossing were not so exorbitant. No sign of the frequent traveller tickets returning either. Time for meaningful change that goes beyond the name @LeShuttle
