Hey had the same issue. Had to do the following:
In X > Premium > Manage your subscription > Update billing information (will refresh the sub)
Go in Grok website, check Settings>Account>X (which sub is showing basic, premium,ect) if shows basic, sign out and sign in again. Then redo the full hermes model setup again
