If it were, they'd simply post their code and test conditions on GitHub. Georgia has hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballot images available that you can then test on. You could make it so that anybody could RUN the code and REPLICATE the claim.

The following isn't replicatable. I can't easily download this code and make it work, not without a lot of effort that I'm not willing to spend.

In any case, the proposition is invalid. It's counting only their own lines of code (ignoring libraries), dealing with one small part of the problem. Dominion code solves a whole lot of other issues, and includes much of the library code as well.
