@status_is_down I’m missing the buy or make an offer button on item pages. Also when it does come back every so often, checkout is spinning wheel and takes ages
So when it goes wrong, which it frequently does, and the severity becoming more severe when it does, Vinted shows how far behind they really are; for the seller & buyer experience.
Vinted Payments issue still ongoing.
That’s why @eBay@eBay_UK is the number one. Actual customer service. Buyer protection, actual dispute resolution. Strong tech support in the background.
Yes Vinted seems new and fresh. But there’s no support behind the actual platform

Anything ordered after 18th items are being delivered slowly. Tracking updating.
Allegedly the merge led to contractual issues with employees/drivers, lots walked. Backlog and less employees.

@Adeline64408100@David7NE@InPostUK I have 12 in Limbo since 15th. Looks like anything that was dispatched between 14th - 18th are held somewhere. Anything posted after 19th, I’m finding they’re progressing slowly with updates. There’s a warehouse somewhere with a pile of parcels posted on 14th-18th. Sat there.

Looks like any parcel sent at the time of the merge is stuck. 14th -15th ish. Anything posted last 3-4 days are moving normally.
@hotmessmolsx@artsngrafts I have 12 packages in Limbo. Bought all from vinted. Last week and a bit. Chose inpost and Yodel. All 12 aren’t updating, some haven’t for 7 days. It’s not 8%. It’s the majority that were posted last week I think. Ones bought last 3-4 days seem to be moving fine.

@graygraace Loads of issues today. French users have reported all day they can’t create new listings. Something wrong with Ads as well. Payments aren’t processing for a lot of users.
I’m probably experiencing the same issue as you. On the app, my ‘Recommended For You’ section has vanished.
My @microsoft Outlook email is now working. Just logged in via my iPhone. Password accepted, and now up and running. For info of people. Wasn’t working since I woke up this morning.
So the fix is beginning to roll out
