This is likely made by Belgiums Balta who acquired a US based carpet maker years ago.

The Belgian branch delivers to Ikea. Large tenders competing with India based suppliers. Terrible business

The LA based branch delivers to Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan etc... No price sensitivity, no competition, hundreds of branches with planned recurring replacement. Beautiful business but relatively small. Number 1 supplier. Supplies the presidential inauguration red carpet since 50+ years
