NY is great cause you get to richly enjoy 4 totally different seasons. As a runner it is painful a bit to run when it gets bitter cold but I also enjoy it, it’s just different and affords different activities that time of year. Plus my kids love snow activities. It’s not worse quality of life just different.

@SMB_Attorney I agree with #2, but #1 not so sure and hard to know for sure. People typically talk more about growing up with something lacking and then put plan in place to overcome that.

My advice in business:
Respond immediately to texts, within 1-3 minutes, always
Answer calls within the first 3 rings, without exception
When you are top of mind to a customer you need to have a sense of urgency, always
