@GrahamBassi We are continuing on the basis schools are open as is our centre, but have cancelled learn to swim sessions and asked parents to drop and go.
After my tweet yesterday, I’ve had so many responses from swimmers, coaches and parents.
This is what I mean by focusing on the process and not the result.

One thing I try and stress enough to the kids I meet..It’s ok to not swim best times. You learn more from a disappointing swim than you do from a good one. I didn’t do a best time from the age of 14-17. We need to encourage more focus on the process, the times will come! ❤️
