@13riya95 If non Assamese can not able to answer such questions then they will not get marks.. each state has different policy for recruitment.. basically states should ensure they will recruit only qualified planners. Preference shd be given 2 citizen blng 2 sn state

@13riya95 As URBAN PLANNING/DEVELOPMENT is state subject, why Assamese should pay taxes to recruit outsiders! First state has to ensure employment for their people.. and all north Eastern states have special status.. social aspect plays an imp role in Assam!
