Still waiting for a response from British Gas. Shocking customer service .. @BritishGas@ofgem .. ask me to do but them respond with a bot!! Come on. Off shore contact centre who have no skills at all .. should be abroad gas not British
@bdlgsd@BritishGas Well I have verbally asked them on the phone already when I completed the post so they have the month to complete. Balls in their court. But they still need to reply to dms as they request.. shocking
Shocking customer service from @BritishGas passed to 4 different departments and 4 different advisors all saying they can’t help and pass me to someone who can! Asked for SAR request and to speak to a manager and then put on hold and transfered for a 5th to a closed line!!
