So despite calling Amex UK and USA, emailing the spoofing and uk email address, being told this security issue was resolved on the phone .. it is not, and I’m still getting this persons emails.. @AmexUK@AmexCanada - Definitely not looking to be a customer! Shocking security.

I’ve redacted the details, but this is a joke, shall I try a password reset? Will that prove the point? You’ve got no verification of emails, hence why your customer has managed to get their email address wrong. It’s definitely not a spoof or Phishing email either.

They’re well shady, I reported them to the ASA for misleading prices, advertised for ex. £16,700 and there was a magical add on of £300 for admin fees not mentioned on auto trader… ASA sorted that out!!
@scott_expert Easy way - Contact landowner, say if I’m forced to pay, I’ll sue YOU, give them 14 day LBA. They squeal, say it’s not us… But you contracted the person harassing me, don’t care if I win or lose, I’ll pay them their ridiculous fee, and just sue YOU for it. Works fast! 🤣
@SomeUKTeslaGuy Does yours work consistently? Mines a “bit flakey” - It doesn’t like me stopping the charge before the time (even if I’ve plugged it in at 3pm and have to pop out at 5pm to shops etc but plug it in again later)
@ajayg1234@BritishGas@BritishGasHelp Go to the Energy Ombudsman, BG will claim that you can’t - but as you reported so long ago, you’re well able to.. The EOmbudsman team are great, mine was sorted within a month or so of me going to them, compo paid too!!

@L_Faulkner1@BritishGasHelp Just raise with the Energy Ombudsman, they hate that and the EO are really helpful - BG are shocking, also tried to claim I didn’t meet the 8 week requirement as I hadn’t faulted it 14wk ago.. the emails show different 🤣 also got SAR in progress…
