@jensche@Monotype@Apple …to make sure they have the correct information so this does not happen again. Again, sorry for what I‘m sure was a frustrating experience.
@jensche@Monotype@Apple Very sorry you received this incorrect information. Our official response – internally and externally – is it may work fine with Rosetta 2, but have *not* optimized for M1 yet, and it does not run native. We are *working* on an optimized version. @muhammadkhedr Yes, that is the intent. The lower-priced Student License cannot be used to qualify for a discounted Upgrade License, later on. After your education is finished, we hope that you choose to upgrade to the next major release at full price.
Also, Educators can still save 50% when purchasing for their organization by signing up for our Education Program. More details here: https://t.co/6bu8pxZNdD
@brerlappin @mattankerich Good suggestion! Catalina and Big Sur have new security and permissions restrictions that may get in the way. Definitely worth checking these settings. Thanks @brerlappin!
Now is a great time to upgrade your design workflow. Work smarter, not harder, with 30% off of FontExplorer X Pro!

@ThisTweetCA We are working on it. First we are testing to make sure all functionality works properly with the current release, then we are building an M1 optimized version later this year.
