Election systems should never be connected to the internet.
Principle 5 supports election technology with no wireless capability, no internal modems, and no remote access.
Technology should never be the only record.
Principle 5 supports hard-copy voter lists, paper backups, manual verification, and audit-ready election procedures.
Reliable elections require reliable records.

Principle 5 of the U.S. Citizens Elections Bill of Rights focuses on one simple idea:
Trust what you can verify.
Transparent, auditable elections begin with voter-verifiable records and systems the public can inspect.
The Model Election Laws Handbook provides a roadmap for states.
Hand-marked paper ballots should be the standard for voting.
A voter-marked ballot creates a clear record of voter intent that can be reviewed, audited, and verified. 🧵
🚨 **Public Comment Deadline: July 13**
The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has proposed changes to the rules governing federal grants and financial assistance.
NGOs should not be getting federal money to be involved in our election administration, voter registration or have access to voter data.
The proposal is intended to:
✅ Prevent American tax dollars from being wasted or misused.
✅ Ensure federally funded activities comply with the law.
✅ Hold recipients accountable.
✅ Make sure taxpayer dollars serve the American people.
Now is your opportunity to make your voice heard!

Residency requirements are a hot topic now that people are realizing that states like Tennessee are allowing never resided voters to participate in TN elections.
North Carolina was just sued and lost.
Nebraska and Colorado are currently being sued.
It's hard to believe, but Tennessee doubled down this year on allowing non-military individuals who has never lived in Tennessee or have any intention of living here, register and vote in statewide elections.
The SOS and the General assembly are fully aware that they are violating the Tennessee constitution-and they don't care.
They continue to hold YOU to a residency requirement, but allow "never resided" voters to cancel out your vote for school board, county commission, state rep, governor, etc.
Do you still believe Tennessee is #1 in election integrity?

UOCAVA ballots are often discussed because states must balance two important goals:
Protecting the voting rights of military and overseas citizens.
Maintaining strong election security and ballot verification procedures.
Many election policy discussions focus on questions such as:
• Residency requirements
• Ballot transmission methods
• Verification standards
• Election deadlines
The challenge is ensuring every eligible vote counts while preserving public confidence in election results.

The Founders gave us a Republic.
Every generation must decide whether it will simply inherit it—or preserve it.
The institutions that sustain self-government require citizens willing to engage.
Election Integrity is not guaranteed.
We must be actively protecting the purity of the ballot box.

The American Revolution established a radical principle:
Governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed.
Two hundred fifty years later, that principle still depends on secure, transparent, trustworthy elections.
Today's Action: Learn how elections are conducted in your state. Understanding the process is the first step toward improving it.
The House has passed the SAVE America Act.
Now it's time to finish the job.
📞 Call President Trump and urge him to veto the Housing Bill—and any other legislation—until the SAVE America Act reaches his desk.
Tell him:
Thank you for cancelling the signing ceremony for the Housing bill. Please VETO that bill and any other bill until the SAVE America Act is passed. American elections should be secured for American citizens only before Congress moves on to other priorities.

UOCAVA voters typically request ballots through a Federal Post Card Application (FPCA).
Election officials then send absentee ballots to eligible voters.
Depending on state law, ballots may be returned by:
• Mail
• Fax (some states)
• Electronic transmission (some states)
Rules vary by state, but the goal is to help military and overseas voters participate in federal elections despite distance and time-zone challenges.
As America prepares to celebrate 250 years of independence, we're preparing something that will help secure the next 250.
