What makes a ballot truly voter verifiable?

Election Integrity Network's Director of Coalition Outreach and Engagement, Andy Mangione, had an opportunity to testify to Wyoming state legislators regarding the importance of secure hand-marked paper ballots.

A hand-marked paper ballot creates a voter-verifiable record of voter intent that can be retained, recounted, and audited when necessary. Principle 5 of the Model Election Laws Handbook examines how states can implement voting systems that prioritize transparency, accountability, and public confidence.

Today is my Freedomversary.

Eight years ago, President Trump granted me clemency and gave me a second chance at life. After nearly 22 years in prison, I walked out the gates and into a future I had prayed for but could no longer see.

I will never forget that moment.

Prison took many things from me, including years with my family and the loss of my parents and a son. But I never lost hope or faith that my life still had purpose.

The gift of freedom came with a responsibility: to help others.

Over the last eight years, I’ve advocated for second chances, supported criminal justice reform, and now serve as White House Pardon Czar.

From a prison cell to the White House, this journey has been possible through God’s grace and President Trump’s courage.

Every day, I strive to honor that gift by helping others find hope and a path forward.

Thank you to everyone who prayed for me, believed in me, and supported me along the way.

California Is Blocking a Federal Audit of Its Voter Rolls

California allows first-time voters to register using forms of ID that most Americans would find surprising, including:

-Gym membership card
-Employer ID card
-Credit or debit card
-Prescription drug label
-Insurance card (California provides free health coverage to undocumented immigrants)

This is permitted when a voter fails to provide a Social Security number or driver’s license at registration. Our office believes this policy deserves a closer look.

We also have serious concerns about how California maintains its voter rolls. There are open questions about whether the state is promptly removing deceased voters, people who have moved, and individuals convicted of disqualifying felonies.

On top of that, California allows third parties to collect and turn in ballots on voters’ behalf (a practice known as ballot harvesting) with few restrictions. This makes it difficult to track who actually received, completed, and submitted each ballot.

For over a year, the Department of Justice has been trying to audit California’s voter rolls. Federal law gives the Attorney General the authority to review state voter files and confirm that only eligible U.S. citizens are voting in federal elections.

@AAGDhillon sent California a letter explaining our legal authority. California refused to comply, claiming state privacy laws block the review, an argument that does not hold up because those laws don’t apply to the federal government in this context. We’ve sued California in federal court, and the case is before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

If California genuinely wants voters to trust its elections, it should open its records, not fight to keep them closed.

To you, it's just a Cracker Barrel parking lot. To me, it's where I gave my life to Jesus Christ.

I was 21 years old. I was working at the Cracker Barrel in Tallahassee after some of the worst years of my life. I'd made mistakes. Real ones.

I grew up in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, raised by a mom who worked hard and didn't accept excuses. But I made decisions that should have ended my story before it ever really started. By the grace of God, they didn't. But every day, I was carrying them.

One afternoon, a church group came into the restaurant, just back from a revival. I served them their meals like I served any other table. But something happened while I was serving them. I can't fully explain it to you. The Lord spoke to me. He said, “Stop running from Me.”

It knocked me back.

I went to find the table, and they were all gone. I could see through their windows that they were getting on their bus, and I knew deep down that if I let them drive away, I was going to keep running. So I went outside. The last woman, just as she was stepping onto the bus, turned to me and asked, “Are you okay?”

I told her, “No ma’am, I’m not okay.” I told her the Lord was telling me to stop running.

That whole bus emptied out, stood with me in the parking lot of a Cracker Barrel in Tallahassee, Florida, and prayed over me right there.

I gave my life to Christ that day. Right there.

I still get emotional about it. Because I know what I was before that moment, and I know what He's done since. He gave me a wife who shares my faith. He gave me three sons. He gave me a career, a community, a calling I never would have dared to ask for. He took a kid from Crown Heights who’d run out of chances and gave him a life that doesn't make sense apart from grace.

People ask me sometimes why I talk about it. Why I bring up the parking lot. Why I don't just keep that part private and let folks see the polished version.

I'll tell you why.

Because there's a young man out there right now — maybe in Tallahassee, maybe in Tampa, maybe in Miami, maybe in a small town in the Panhandle — who thinks his story is already over. Who thinks the mistakes he's made disqualify him from the life he could have had. Who thinks God doesn't want anything to do with somebody like him.

I'm here to tell him: that's a lie.

In life, you're not who you are at the lowest point. You're who you choose to become after.

The Lord met me in a Cracker Barrel parking lot. He'll meet you wherever you are.

You just have to stop running.

That LA “vote glitch” wasn’t a glitch. It was the system working exactly as designed, and it’s here thanks to mass immigration.

Import a massive dependent class, hook them on benefits, make the shrinking taxpayer base foot the bill, and then flood the electorate so you can’t vote your way out.

Promise free stuff in a new language.

Count the ballots slow and late. One-way “anomalies” every cycle. Suddenly the productive class is outnumbered in their own city.

On the flip side, people like @LeaderJohnThune are suicidal to boot…

They don’t study this, won’t pass the SAVE Act, and act like it’s no big deal.

This isn’t immigration.

I guess “individual rights” only pertain to people who violated our borders and jumped the lines of legally applying immigrants.

My daughter Katie is dead at the hands of an illegal immigrant who should never have been here.

And ABC News, we are still waiting for you to contact our family about Katie’s life and death instead of telling this immigration story from only one side.

Selective judgment and selective compassion should be exposed as unacceptable and even from judges.

Katie should not have been sacrificed to political ideology. She was more than collateral damage.

🚨We Are Watching the Fall Of America....

MASSIVE Eid celebration overtakes Harrisburg’s iconic Farm Show Complex – in the HEART of what used to be Pennsylvania Dutch country.

Over 10,000 Muslims poured in for Eid al-Fitr prayers and festivities, organized by the Central Pennsylvania Committee of Masajid (CPCOM) – a coalition of local mosques including Harrisburg Masjid, Hershey Islamic Center, Islamic Center of Pennsylvania, Masjid Al-Nur, and more.

This is the SAME Farm Show Complex where I went as a child with my family – fairs, 4-H, Pennsylvania pride, good American families celebrating our heritage. (This literally breaks my heart)

Now?

It’s being handed over to a foreign civilization while Americans literally run to accommodate this.

They call it “celebration.”

I see an Islamic torture day of death being normalized in the middle of Pennsylvania.

This isn’t organic growth.

This is the direct result of mass migration and refugee resettlement programs flooding central PA with immigrants from Muslim countries that are not compatible with any Western nation.

Groups like Church World Service’s Harrisburg office, Catholic Charities Immigration and Refugee Services in Harrisburg, and others have spent decades resettling refugees and asylees – many from conflict zones – into this once-quiet, faith-filled region.

They exploit the kindness and generosity of good American people, then demand bigger venues, more accommodations, and political power.

Pennsylvania Dutch country – our German, Amish, Mennonite roots, our barns, our farms, our Christian civilization – is having its face completely changed.

The Capitol dome that once echoed Western and Christian heritage is now surrounded by bloc-voting networks pushing Sharia-adjacent demands.

Harrisburg used to stand for the preservation of the Union and American values.

Today it’s ground zero for demographic replacement.

This is what surrender looks like.

Not with tanks – with open borders, refugee pipelines, and politicians who betray the people who built this state.

We are being replaced in real time while “welcoming” committees cheer.

Wake up, Pennsylvania. Wake up, America.

We are under attack, and our own government is aiding and abetting this war...
