So y'day tried something new, my mum made this which, Josh found the recipe on the vitaflo website for a creamy mushroom and red pepper stroganoff!!

I was in the labeling and new foods workshop at the @nspku conference and they had this plant based elmlea cream which is 0.6g per 100ml. I believe it's from @asda. #nspku #nspku2020 #pku #lowprotein

These look good 😋 Not-zerella sticks from @marksandspencer. They are 0.5g per stick, so half an exchange for one. And they come with a dip. @NSPKU #lowpro #pku #nspku

So another find today are these plant kitchen Mac bites, which are 2.8g for HALF a pack. There is 8 bites in a pack so 4 bites for 3 exchanges, or if you are on high enough exchanges the whole packet would be 6 exchanges. Also from @marksandspencer

The is the EGOO machine and pod for analysing blood phenylalanine at home. Progress is being made in its development by a Danish team. We are hoping clinical studies will begin this year.
