@dwhembro Hi Dave.. hope you are well.. we may be able to help, we certainly can offer some roles.. it just depends whether they suit what you require and what skills you want developed. Drop us a DM if you want to discuss further.
@MarcusCampo We use foot contacts as opposed to duration for monitoring plyometric volume.. with a max 250, although this depends upon so many factors. It really depends on the goal of the exercise.. plyometrics are to improve power.. so long duration wouldn't be effective
@JuabWrestling@JeremyFrisch We have reviewed this research here. https://t.co/S76OhPHUlj

@Fang_Jiaolian Yeah I definitely think this gets harder the more you've worked with a group or child. Great that your thinking that way about trying to be creative!!
@FightDr82 Yeah I think this is harder the younger they are.. but less of an issue.. altho you may not get what you want to get out of a session.. if they are having fun they will be benefiting.. I think as they get older you definitely need to be more savvy about group sizes, and cueing!!
@mccannconj Yeah I think the good thing about that is as a coach we can definitely work and making them want to be there.. on the reverse side of that, we are sometimes reliant upon the parents taking them there which can restrict them!
@JnrTriCoaching Yeah that's becoming more problematic as the social media fitness industry is growing.. the best part about that is that your not the one following the adult methods!!! Is there an age or gender trend in that?
@charl_nelson19@jason_tallis@emma_eyre2 Yeah the research is really interesting.. particularly for younger aged children.. we will be publishing more on this topic throughout the weeks..
