WHEN WILL SOMEONE tell the U.S. public the truth about datacenters?
The false story Americans are being force-fed says the power-gobbling tech centers are necessary to beat China, and may provide an economic boost.
An AP report on the topic was typical, referring to “a potential jobs and economic bonanza, while helping the U.S. thwart China in the geopolitical race for technological supremacy”.
What’s missing is the comparative number.
It is missing deliberately.
.
THE MISSING NUMBER
That’s because it would reveal to readers that the United States has 5,427 data centers, while China has only 449 data centers, according to the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence. (The Chinese aren’t racing, focused on building good power infrastructure instead.)
The numbers show that there is no race.
The US already has an unassailable lead.
So why do they really want US citizens to give up their greenbelt? The difference is whether US “wins” by having 12 times as many datacenters as China, or “wins” by having 13 times as many as China: it is meaningless.
If the US public knew that, they would not give up their greenbelt land areas, nor their supplies of electricity and water.
.
RACE AGAINST THE WORLD
While we are looking at numbers, there’s something else to notice. At current rates of building, the US will soon have more datacenters than ALL THE OTHER COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD PUT TOGETHER. (A recent survey showed the US had 46 percent and rising.)
So if there’s a race at all, it’s a race between the US broligarchs and humanity itself. Think about that for a moment.
Meanwhile, the public is being thrown off the trail by being told that any opposition comes from China and Russia. (They can use this post as evidence, as the writer lives in China.)
But this is obviously false. Websites like datacenterwatch .org show that the opposition comes from US citizens themselves, from all sides of the political spectrum.
.
WHAT’S REALLY HAPPENING
Here’s what’s really happening. The members of the wealthy elite in the US, long advantaged by their country being globally dominant, now know that the situation is changing: the growth of a multipolar world is inevitable.
But they came up with a plan. “If the world is becoming an AI tech dystopia, what if we had more AI tech power than every other country in the planet put together! We would still be in charge!” AI Planet!
Who would want to live there?
Let me end with a line attributed to Sun Tzu. It doesn’t actually appear in his famous book, but can be seen as a summary of his philosophy, which is think strategically to minimize harm to people and property:
“A bad man will burn his own nation to the ground to rule over the ashes.”

"BOMBSHELL NEW UPDATE: "THE INSIDE JOB: It just got worse for Elon Musk." CREDIBILITY: DESTROYED."
On January 20, 2025, Trump signed an executive order giving Elon Musk's DOGE "full and prompt access" to every federal agency's systems. Unelected and never Senate-confirmed, Musk sent in young staffers. Edward Coristine, 19 — self-styled "Big Balls" on LinkedIn — was fired from a cybersecurity internship for leaking company data. Marko Elez, 25, received read-write access to the Treasury's payment system; the Treasury later admitted in court it was granted "inadvertently." He resigned after racist posts ("normalize Indian hate") surfaced; Musk rehired him, and Trump endorsed it.
They accessed the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, which moves $6 trillion a year — 88% of all federal payments, including Social Security checks, Medicare, tax refunds, and veterans' benefits. Systems held names, Social Security numbers, birth dates, birthplaces, addresses, phones, emails, and bank details. A federal judge listed every item.
Laws violated include the Privacy Act (5 U.S.C. § 552a), barring disclosure of records without written consent; 26 U.S.C. § 6103, making unauthorized taxpayer data disclosure a felony (up to 5 years); 18 U.S.C. § 1030, criminalizing unauthorized access to government computers; and the Appointments Clause (Article II, Section 2), requiring Senate confirmation for such power. Musk was never confirmed.
Connecticut's Attorney General called it "the largest data breach in U.S. history." Nineteen states sued. A federal judge called DOGE's operation "chaotic and haphazard" and ordered all copies destroyed. The Supreme Court allowed continued access to Social Security records 6-3, including medical and family court files.
In January 2026, the DOJ admitted DOGE moved sensitive Social Security data to unauthorized Cloudflare servers; the agency cannot determine what was shared or if it remains. Whistleblower Charles Borges, SSA's chief data officer, was forced to resign: 300 million Americans' records exposed — "a generational problem" and "national security risk." Unchangeable data like mother's maiden name and birthplace means permanent exposure.
The "fraud hunt" was cover; the GAO found solid evidence for only 4% of claimed savings. The same week DOGE began, Trump fired 17 inspectors general — five investigating Musk's companies.
The Labor IG had 17 open Tesla and SpaceX cases; the Agriculture IG was escorted out while probing Neuralink monkey deaths. SpaceX defense contracts then tripled to $5.9 billion. Musk co-leads the Pentagon's weapons-buying study while holding $6.4 billion in Pentagon contracts. He gutted the CFPB — which polices digital payments — while building a payments business on X.
Trump signed the order, gave Musk a White House office, endorsed the rehire, and his administration fought every lawsuit to the Supreme Court, securing the right to keep the data.
Congress must investigate with subpoenas and hearings. Democrats must not let this die. An unelected billionaire's team obtained 300 million Americans' Social Security numbers, and the sitting president held the door open.
Let’s connect some dots.
Oracle was founded in 1977. Its first major client was the CIA. The company’s name came from a CIA project code-named “Oracle.”
Co-founder Larry Ellison (Jewish by heritage, raised in a Jewish family) has been one of the largest private donors to Friends of the IDF.
In 2017 he gave $16.6 million, the largest single gift in the organization’s history at the time, on top of earlier multi-million-dollar donations, plus other support for Israeli causes and close personal ties to Netanyahu.
In 2024, Ellison described a future of AI-analyzed cameras everywhere (body cams, doorbells, dash cams, security feeds) feeding into massive data centers: “Citizens will be on their best behavior because we are constantly recording and reporting everything that’s going on.”
Oracle remains deeply embedded in U.S. government work, including a recent multi-billion-dollar Pentagon software deal covering the military and intelligence community, while Ellison helps drive the $500 billion Stargate AI data-center buildout announced alongside Trump, and maintains high-level relationships in Washington and Jerusalem.
That same network now extends into the information layer. Through his son David and Oracle’s capital, the Ellison family has assembled a media portfolio that includes Paramount and CBS, is positioned to take control of Warner Bros. Discovery (CNN, HBO, and the Warner studio library), and holds a significant stake in TikTok’s U.S. operations. The result is ownership spanning major broadcast and cable news, Hollywood production and libraries, and a dominant short-form platform, acquired and expanded with the benefit of the same political access that greases the government and AI infrastructure deals.
With the surveillance infrastructure, the government contracts, the foreign military philanthropy, and the political access all converging on the same network, who do you think really shapes how our government operates? And with the media and platform reach now added to that same network, who shapes how the public perceives news and information?
The Matrix was non-fiction.
@angeloinchina China uses the "American" system of public banking first developed by Alexander Hamilton and exemplified by the First and Second Banks of the U.S. FDR created it with the Reconstruction Finance Corp. Congress can do it again with HR5356; a National Infrastructure Bank.
@kenklippenstein The United States has been at war somewhere for all of it's history except for a 4 year period early on.
I believe it's Obama who had a total of 7 wars going on, which is possibly a record. We gave the guy a peace prize for saying he'd end the wars.
Stranger than fiction.
"What does Katie Zacharia’s husband Tyler have to do with the CIA guy who was arrested with 303 gold bars under his bed and $2 million in cash and 35 gold Rolexes and Deputy Secretary of Defense Steve Feinberg and Jeffrey Epstein?
Poor Tyler would have retained the relative obscurity of being just another guy in “the entertainment business” out in Los Angeles if his wife hadn’t tanked so badly on her first day of being Trump’s latest blonde press secretary.
He didn’t have that luck, however. Almost immediately, it emerged that while Tyler and Katie were over in China, he was working for Schulze Global Investments, which it turned out had made a series of loans to North Korean companies during Tyler’s tenure at the firm, although “published reporting does not connect Zacharia personally to those transactions,” as Newsweek put it gently in a story that came out yesterday.
Tyler is now working for something called 2521 Entertainment, where his bio notes that he “helped build teams” in North Korea while working in China.
Man, that’s something to have on your CV, isn’t it? Helping to fund mining in North Korea?
It gets better. In 2018, Cerberus Capital Management, founded by the aforementioned Steve Feinberg, acquired SGI Frontier Capital, the firm that Schulze Global turned itself into.
Readers with sharp memories for scandal will recall Feinberg from his multiple appearances in the Epstein files, along with his firm Cerberus, which appears in no less than 360 Epstein files in relation to helping to fund Epstein enterprises with guarantees by Deutsche Bank, which of course was Donald Trump’s lender of last resort before he ran for president in 2016.
Elizabeth Warren is currently involved in probing the connections between Epstein’s money movements and major banks, including Deutsche Bank, Barclays, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, and JP Morgan Chase.
Nice group of thieves to get mentioned with, huh?
JP Morgan Chase paid $290 million to a group of Epstein survivors who alleged that the bank had ignored multiple red flags in Epstein money transfers that may have been linked to his sex trafficking activities.
Feinberg, veteran of the Epstein files, was on Trump’s Intelligence Advisory Board in Trump’s first term, where he apparently met the 303 gold bar guy, David Rush, who was a CIA agent involved in the agency’s Directorate of Science and Technology, which Feinberg allegedly took a “special interest” in."

Peter Thiel spent about $10 million in secret to wipe out a media company that had outed him. His weapon was Hulk Hogan's sex tape.
In the video below, Thiel explains why he did it.
"If you make a sex tape of someone with their permission, you are a pornographer. If you make a sex tape without their permission, we were told, now you are a journalist."
It started in 2007. A Gawker blog ran a headline: "Peter Thiel is totally gay, people." He later called that blog the Silicon Valley equivalent of Al Qaeda.
In 2012, Gawker posted a clip of Hulk Hogan having sex with his best friend's wife.
Hogan sued. Nobody knew who was paying his lawyers.
In 2016 a Florida jury awarded him $140 million. Gawker went bankrupt and was sold for $135 million.
Only then did the name come out. Thiel said it was "less about revenge and more about specific deterrence," and called it "one of my greater philanthropic things that I've done."
Hogan settled for $31 million. Thiel's name never came up at the trial.
About $10 million in legal fees, and a company that spent years exposing the rich was gone.
Was it justice for a man whose bedroom was put on the internet, or a billionaire using his money to kill the press?
🚨🚨🚨 I want you to realize how good the stagecraft of Butler was. I know several of the photographers who were there a couple of them Pulitzer winners, before and after.
They shot what they saw, including one of them, capturing a bullet in thin air because he was using such high shutter speed.
But these people who created this kabuki are filmmakers they’re television producers they know how to fool the eye with special effects. I’ve been producer my whole life. I know what it takes and the more you watch it the more you know it has to be fake. I mean Trump is such a coward, watch him flinch when the plane flew over recently.
I was covering a Trump rally a few weeks before also in Pennsylvania and exactly the same physical situation. It was a farm in the middle of nowhere with one building one story high and when you look at the two locations, they look the same. This was in Schnecksville. Identical layout to Butler.
I believe that was a rehearsal just like I believe that the first two stop the steal rallies were the rehearsal for January 6
🚨Vivek, JobsOhio, HB188, HB291 and the trillion-dollar question: What happens if AI returns disappoint? 🤖💥
Ohio is steering economic-development resources toward AI/computer technology and semiconductors/microelectronics… two sectors at the heart of the hyperscaler spending spree. Both show high-to-very-high average H-1B intensity in the occupational data.
The Bank for International Settlements has compared the AI investment race to past railway, electrification, and dot-com booms. The technologies were real. The danger was overinvestment and returns that failed to justify the spending.
The five largest hyperscalers were projected to spend more than $1 trillion on AI-related investment across 2025–26. If revenues disappoint, financing could retreat sharply. Semiconductor demand is tied to the same buildout, while power and infrastructure constraints compound the exposure.
And Ohio is building more than an incentive pipeline. It’s building a strategic technology ecosystem.
➤ HB 188 creates an Ohio-Israel Trade and Innovation Partnership. Proponent testimony explicitly anticipates products with “dual-use” applications… technology serving both civilian and military purposes.
➤ HB 291 would promote international trade and joint research, including electronic and cyber warfare. It also lets the commission accept corporate, government, and institutional funding… and use funds to buy foreign-government bonds, with interest supporting grants, loans, and trade activities. Qualifying bonds (Israel) funding Ohio megaprojects could receive below-market rates. International money, foreign debt, subsidized megaprojects. Who benefits…”and who bears the risk?
Together with JobsOhio’s targeted sectors, these initiatives raise broader questions about how Ohio connects economic development, international partnerships, workforce investment, civilian infrastructure, and defense-related technology.
Now add Vivek Ramaswamy, whose business interests overlap several targeted sectors, including AI, semiconductors, data centers, energy, and biotechnology. As governor, he would appoint JobsOhio board members and influence the state’s economic-development agenda.
The convergence deserves scrutiny.
Public money is flowing into AI and semiconductor sectors that central banks already flag for possible sharp investment reversals. The same governor who would appoint the JobsOhio board… and shape an International Trade Commission that includes foreign designees, accepts foreign and corporate funding, and can buy foreign bonds to support megaprojects and dual-use research…already holds portfolio stakes in the exact Super Sectors these vehicles target. HB 188 adds a dedicated Ohio-Israel partnership on top.
That’s a closed loop with foreign and insider nodes built in.
These technologies may deliver enormous benefits. But technological promise doesn’t guarantee commercial returns… or protect taxpayers from sunk costs and underused infrastructure.
Private investors can chase the upside. Ohioans deserve transparency about the downside before public money is committed.

@Arkasiraee You neglect to mention that China adopted the American system of public banking first created by Alexander Hamilton with the First Bank of the U.S. Public banking lifted 400M ppl out of poverty in China in 40 yrs.
A message to all sane Republicans: He pardoned 1,600 violent criminals. You said nothing. He bulldozed the East Wing. You said nothing. He interfered with the release of the Epstein files. You said nothing. He took over the Kennedy Center and renamed it after himself. You said nothing. He accepted a $400 million airplane as a personal gift. You said nothing. He threatened Canada, Cuba, Denmark, Greenland, Venezuela, Colombia, and Brazil. You said nothing. He tariffed just about everyone but Russia, causing inflation and instability worldwide. You said nothing. He attacked a nation during mediated negotiations. You said nothing. His ill-conceived war killed 175 children on day one. You said nothing. He alienated and insulted our allies. You said nothing. His ICE Army terrorized and murdered U.S. citizens. You said nothing. He committed murder on the high seas. You said nothing. He co-opted the Justice Department and directed it to prosecute his political enemies. You said nothing. It's time to start talking!!!
It's long overdue!!!!
THE EUROPEAN UNION trade chief began his mission to China yesterday—but soon got a shock.
It started well enough, with Maroš Šefčovič meeting EU companies in the Asian country. “Day one in China, with one goal: begin rebalancing our EU-China unsustainable trade deficit,” the EU Commissioner for Trade and Economic Security wrote on social media.
But was in for a surprise—and not a good one. His post immediately received scores of responses pointing out that the huge trade deficit (about €1 billion a day) was largely the EU’s own fault.
For example, Europe makes astonishingly expensive chipmaking machines (called EUVs) that China urgently needs. But Europe bowed to US bullying to stop selling them to Chinese buyers.
This was a deeply hostile act that showed extreme bad faith—and directly affected the trade imbalance.
“Based on current prices, the EU would need to sell roughly 48,000 to 54,000 tons of Dutch cheese to China to reduce the trade deficit by the same amount as by selling just one EUV lithography machine to China,” said a commentator on X named Beida Ren. “The Chinese aren’t cheese lovers, but they do need EUV machines.”
.
OIL AND CARS
Others pointed out that European Union’s blind loyalty to the United States’ anti-Russia narrative means that it has cut itself off from the Russian oil on which it depended, sacrificing its own industrial base.
The Europeans had also become protectionist about cars (like the US but unlike the UK), which would hurt in the long run, commentators said.
“But Chinese people don't care much for EU products anymore,” said Joe Alano. “Even German cars lost their appeal in China when Chinese can buy their own brands at half the price with twice the tech.”
The running theme through most of the responses was the need for the Europeans to stop letting themselves be used by the United States and open their eyes to the wider world.
“China is the biggest market for European luxury brands - larger than America,” wrote Mwangi Kimani. “Meanwhile you don't want to sell China what it wants from you - high tech lithography - because your Washington masters stop it.”
The world’s message to Maroš Šefčovič: Free the EU!

@atrupar A reminder that Elon Musk came to the US on a student visa and immediately violated that visa and was working illegally here. He did not come in on an H1B visa.
Mind you the GOP has control of Congress and the white house, yet all they've done for two years is blame the previous administration. There is simply zero accountability whatsoever. Trump is starting the war which is driving up energy prices, fuel, diesel while starting sill trade wars along with the fact that inflation is rising, mortgage rates are rising and the labor market is weak at best. Wage growth is stalling too. This is all on the GOP. Again zero accountability whatsoever.
