An ancient record was discovered in the United States.

From this record, we learn that the ancient inhabitants of this land had access to select portions of the Bible, including the prophecies of Isaiah and even some unknown prophecies of Joseph of Egypt.

What is truly remarkable is that the authors expressed strong belief in Christ.

Not only did they prophesy of Christ, but the record also contains a miraculous account of Christ visiting the inhabitants after His resurrection and teaching them His higher law.

This record provides powerful evidence that Jesus was the Savior not only of the Middle East but of the whole ancient world.

@AdamHendrickso3 Interesting! I think the most practical answer would be for the passenger to carry liability, as if they were the driver. They put the car in motion, and they should have auto insurance. But I'm open to other perspectives. I didn't know FSD is this much safer!

Apparently, writing by hand improves recall better than typing. And a 2021 study from Stanford found that "expressive writing" helps you recover from stress. It activates distinct parts of the brain and helps you think more clearly.

@Latterdaytruth Cool! I wouldn't say it's the "reasoning," but I guess it could be. I'd say the reasoning is modern revelation :) But I do think it isn't a coincidence and it's a neat connection. I have noticed 8 appears in the scriptures connected to themes of rebirth and making covenants.

Read through the handful of changes to the introductions of the Doctrine & Covenants and Books of Mormon and can confirm they are all minor. This one was the most interesting/significant to me.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has made minor adjustments to section introductions to two of the Church’s four canonized scriptures—the Doctrine and Covenants and the Book of Mormon.  

Changes made to the Doctrine and Covenants section introductions are informed by recent historical research from the Joseph Smith Papers Project and involve clarifications or corrections to dates, locations and minor factual errors.  

"We hope the contextual additions help readers better understand why and how the Lord communicated with the Church through His Prophet," Elder Kyle S. McKay, General Authority Seventy and Church Historian, said.

The adjustments are available now on https://t.co/NpRWOOyK4V and the Gospel Library mobile app for most languages, with additional languages to follow. Members are not expected to obtain new scriptures as a result of these updates.
