The prosecution’s forensic psychologist testified that while depression and hopelessness influenced her, she still retained control over whether, when, and how she killed her three children.

His clinical opinion: she was criminally responsible.

The defense is leaning heavily on claims of voices and psychosis that only appeared during the crime itself — something the expert said is extremely rare and convenient for reducing culpability.

Parents at Middle Creek Elementary are being told: accept a biological male music teacher presenting as a woman… or get branded a bigot and leave.

No opt-out.
No alternate class.
Nothing.

Some parents are literally driving to the school twice a week, checking their kids out before music class, sitting with them in the library for an hour, then bringing them back.

That’s the “accommodation.”

These kids are in elementary school. Kindergarteners included.

Parents aren’t asking to fire anyone. They’re just asking for the basic right to keep their own children out of it.

The school said no.
