A Product I Designed Was Just Shared By One Of The Best Selling Authors Of 2025.
@SahilBloom who wrote the massive best seller “The 5 Types Of Wealth” just shared an endorsement for a men’s health supplement I developed in cooperation with the geniuses at @Innerbody
This is such a cool full circle moment and knowing that a beast like him (the man runs marathons and has a chiseled 6 pack) has tried the product makes me so proud.
If you subscribe to his email newsletter you can find it in today’s edition (Jan 5th), and if you’re not yet subscribed, I recommend it, he’s a wise man.
Grateful to be working with Eric, Brian, Daniel and the team at Innerbody to bring this baby to market (along with several other killer products).
Over 31 Million Americans Are On GLP1 Drugs Right Now.
This creates a ton of opportunity for supplement companies.
If you can help GLP1 users:
- Get enough protein
- Get enough micronutrients (vitamins and minerals)
- Stay hydrated (fast weight loss also involves water loss)
- Improve their digestion or; - Reduce unwanted side effects
You'll be tapping into a fast growing market who in most cases, would really appreciate some extra help navigating their weight loss journey.
Weight loss also involves water loss and the faster you lose weight, the more at risk you are for dehydration.
This is especially true for GLP1 users (who tend to lose weight faster than people using conventional methods).
This makes electrolytes an especially relevant product category along with combo products e.g. electrolytes + protein, electrolytes + fiber or a combination of all of the above.
This clip is taken from a full length video on product category opportunities in the GLP1 user market and you can find the link in the first reply.
SWEDEN 🇸🇪 : They've Given Us IKEA, Spotify and Daim Chocolate Bars.
And now they've given us... The best electrolyte product in the world?
Let's find out.
In this episode of supplement label reviews we will be examining SALTE from Sweden.
It has a smart sodium to potassium ratio, a genius method of capturing natural flavours in a "clean" way that most brands fail to do and some seriously good flavours.
Come along with me as we break down their label + do some bonus taste testing.

In Supplements, You Don't Have To Be First To Win.
Greens started out as concentrated nutrients loved for their benefits but hated for their taste with options limited to wheat grass or spirulina. Now, we have behemoth brands dominating the category like @drink_AG1 and now @grunsdaily hot on their tail.
Functional mushrooms started in traditional medicine, evolved to dusty jars in health food stores and finally took shape in the modern form thanks to @FourSigmatic , from there, brands like @drinkmudwtr and @ryzesuperfoods have elevated it to a new level and posted the sales numbers to prove it.
And finally, probiotics started out in the sauerkraut and kimchi jars of grandmas, moved to capsules in dark glass pharmacy jars and now have evolved to super sharp and sexy brands like @seedhealth .
The recurring theme across all 3 categories?
The current winners were all far from the first brands to enter.
So if you're worried you're too late to the party, you're not.
You don't have to be first to win, just better or different (ideally both).
Supplement Review On @amplifye_me , a product with only 1 ingredient.
Bold product, bold claims, co-founded by 4 doctors and based on research conducted at UC Davis, it's about as science heavy you can get for a supplement.
Come along with me as I unpack this supplement, highlight what it's doing well, where it could improve and what you can do if you'd like to compete against it.
P.S. If you'd like to suggest any supplements to be reviewed in an upcoming episode, feel free to leave it in the replies.
When it comes to @grunsdaily , everyone's talking about their marketing, their retail distribution, their branding and even how nice their founder is but no one's talking about their formula.
Well, I'm here to change that for you.
Join me on another episode of Product Reviews where I break down popular supplements for you and explore:
- What they're doing well
- Where they could improve and;
- What you can do differently if you'd like to compete against them.
Enjoy and feel free to let me know in the replies any requests you have for future product reviews.
Product Review: Kardashian Edition.
@KylieJenner just did a hard pivot from getting people drunk, to getting them hydrated and beautiful.
Her Sprinter brand has moved on from Vodka Soda and has embraced wellness via a new electrolyte + beauty product called K2o.
In this video, I go through the label ingredient by ingredient to help you find out what they do well, what they could do better and how you can compete with them if you would be so bold.
Thanks for watching and feel free to request other products to be reviewed in the comments.
Hyaluronic Acid... Try saying that fast 10 times in a row.
Most people familiar with this ingredient will know it from skincare products but did you know you can also ingest it if it's in the right form?
And, just like using it externally to improve skin hydration, it can provide a similar effect when ingested (safely) in the right amounts as well.
This clip is from a longer video breaking down this ingredient + the collagen and electrolytes found in the K2o formula by Sprinter aka. @KylieJenner 's drinkable beauty product.
Link to the full clip is in the first reply.

It seems like everyone and their dog is making clear proteins lately but so far almost all have been dairy based (starting with the revolutionary Lacprodan® from @Arla_Foods years ago and now with clear whey from many brands).
But today, thanks to Prinova, I tried a clear pea protein and it blew me away.
No chalkiness, no weird taste, fully dissolved. Very well done.
Protein Soda is growing like crazy as a category and now even @BeyondMeat has jumped in (with added fibre and electrolytes of course because who can resist hitting every GLP1 user trend all at once).
I expect to see more and more variations coming along as this category explodes and hats off to Prinova again for absolutely nailing it with this one.
The Internet's Favourite Glycine: @DonghuaJinlong
They may be one of the best memes of 2024 but their business is no joke, they're easily in the top 5 for the global Glycine market if not the top 3.
I met these lovely gentlemen today during day 2 of @Vitafoods_ Europe and wish them great success now and into the future (though they hardly need the wishes).
Today I met a true rockstar of our industry: Mr KARTIKEYA BALDWA, the CEO of @KSM_Ashwagandha (aka. @KSM66_Ixoreal) at an invite only event hosted at the @Vitafoods_ conference in Barcelona.
He oversaw the 14 year development of KSM66 which is almost certainly the most recognisable branded supplement ingredient on the planet, not only to manufacturers and brands, but also to consumers.
He pioneered green chemistry processes, allowing for the extraction of valuable compounds from plants without the use of chemical or alcohol based solvents, just water, pressure, time and technology.
And he is now overseeing the launch of SRI-81™, a branded extract of Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus), which, like Ashwagandha, has been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine but is now only just getting the attention it deserves throughout the rest of the world.
Shatavari is incredibly good at helping women at all stages of life with hormonal health and the 5 published studies on SRI-81™ so far have been very impressive (with another 14 on the way).
No doubt we'll be seeing more and more of this ingredient over the coming years.
Thank you for hosting a fantastic event.
Also shout out to David Gogerty from Novonesis (the other legend in the photo).
Google Acquired YouTube In 2006 For $1.65B ($2.7B in today's dollars).
Unilever Acquired @grunsdaily last month for $1.2B.
Our industry is becoming more and more like software and it's so exciting to see.
Seed funding, Series A's, Series B's (@trycreate_co raised $20m last month), Series C's (@drinkolipop raised $50m last year) and more.
And companies willing to burn cash entirely for the first few years to acquire market share (not fun to compete against and can totally trash ad profitability for everyone else, but still, a trend worth paying attention to).
Excited to see (and aggressively participate in) what comes next!
Why Aren't There More Scientific Studies On Supplements?
In this video, we delve into the wild west of dietary supplements to break things down, separate the good from the bad (and the ugly) and aim to create a better understanding of how studies work, who funds them and the biggest barriers to getting them done as a brand.
