We already have a bracero program, it is called the H-2 programs. The Mexican president just needs to push Biden to expand the #H2B program and focus on expanding the H-2 programs to reduce illegal immigration.

2/3 In Jan, the DoL received applications for 96,641 workers for the 33k Apr 1st cap so clearly there is a bona fide need for seasonal workers. On Feb 24, 2021 the DoL announced that the 33k Apr 1st cap has been hit, leaving more than 66k guest worker petitions unfulfilled
