However, there is a tremendous amount of evidence surfacing, that the current Medical model of cholesterol and its role in cardiovascular disease is pretty flawed to say the least

Look up Dr. Aseem Malhotra … start there and head down that rabbit hole

In my opinion, and more importantly, quite a few brilliant physicians and scientists There’s no such thing as bad cholesterol… And the latest studies show that having low LDL over the age of 50 leads to a higher mortality rate

I was told I had high cholesterol when I was 18 and they tried to put me on statins

I did a little research found out that they were very harmful to your bodies basic functions, especially in relation to hormones

I’m 54, 210 pounds 7% body fat. I’m in better shape than I wasn’t in high school and I eat a half dozen eggs a day. I love mayonnaise and I am mostly carnivore.

I completely ignore all Doctor recommendations on fat intake and cholesterol

All of my check ups come back, saying I’m perfectly healthy, stress test good, arteries are clear

Cholesterol is incredibly essential nutrient, every cell membrane in your body is composed largely of cholesterol

Keep a few things in mind, statin drugs are a $20 billion industry

They’re not going to admit that it’s bullshit

Currently almost everyone I know over the age of 50 is on statins… And yet cardiovascular disease is worse than ever

I will never take any medication to alter my cholesterol levels

I’m calling bullshit on all of it
