Most Christians dont know how Christ’s sacrifice worked

Sad.

It’s pretty simple

When Adam sinned, he owed an infinite debt to God

God could have forgiven him immediately, but in His Justice, He wanted the debt to be paid

He could not pay that debt

But the debt could be paid by someone who can both

1) Infinitely merit
2) Represent Adam

The Incarnation was fitting because:

1) Only God can infinitely merit
2) Only a Man can represent Adam

Only Jesus Christ fits both of these criteria

Mary can’t infinitely merit, so she can’t be the sacrifice
