@GWRHelp Last week I found out that my GWR ticket's refund claim opened on 20/03 and still no money - got 'lost'. So I chased it. Turns out that now I'm only entitled to a refund from the day I chased!! My mind is blown by how unfair and dodgy this is. I demand a full refund.
