@O2 Shocking service, my husband has just been hung up on by Jasmin at customer service for asking them to contact a debt collecting agency, for fraud that took you over 2 months to resolve. He has asked for multiple call backs, from customer service to the fraud team, nothing.

#m25 shouldn’t have been happy about moving an inch. Literally moved 0.01miles before being stuck again - standstill.
