There is so much that has already been said about women and girls sports but something I finally noticed today is the lack of seriousness with which this is discussed.

These pro-trans organizations and politicians talk about women’s sports like one would speak about picking up the hobby of knitting, or playing tea party with their peers.

When in reality, women’s sports, just like men’s, is highly competitive.

Women train their entire lives to play at the highschool and college level.

They get up early. They hurt themselves. They eat right. They keep their grades up.

They compete for scholarships so that way they don’t have student loans.

They play professionally, and even try out for the Olympics.

This isn’t some poor innocent kids who just want to play on the playground with the other kids and have fun.

This is serious, and actual money and entire futures are at stake.

And every time a man is allowed on the women’s sports team, they take a spot from a woman.

It shouldn’t matter about athletic advantage.

What matters is that this funding, and those spots, are for women and girls.

And no man or boy should be able to steal funding, scholarships, or opportunities away from women with his presence.

And personal beliefs about who his peers are and who he is should be of no consequence.

We are not our beliefs about ourselves. We are simply ourselves.

This infantilization of women’s sports is just another aspect of the misogyny surrounding this topic in the first place.

And the fact that his beliefs are given any consideration whatsoever is yet another example of the misogyny surrounding this topic.

Today you will read many sympathetic media stories about B.P.J., the male athlete who challenged WV’s law and lost at SCOTUS.

I’m guessing none will mention that B.P.J. defeated 470+ girls 1,400+ times (including a state title) and sexually harassed our client Adaleia (pictured) in the girls’ locker room. Sadly, Adaleia stopped playing the school sports she loved due to B.P.J.’s ongoing presence in girls’ sports and spaces.

But we’ll probably be lucky if those girls get even a passing mention—let alone a front-page photo.

This has been the pattern on this issue from far too many institutions of power. Boys’ feelings are the focus. Girls’ safety, fairness, and opportunity take a back seat.


I’m so thankful today that the Supreme Court reversed that pattern, acknowledged the reality of biological sex, and remembered the girls.

A young Jewish girl kidnapped by Palestinian terrorists on October 7. The video shows the raw reality of what happened that day. Human rights organisations stayed silent. Women’s rights groups stayed silent. The United Nations stayed silent. Many of them still are.
This is not an accident or an oversight. It is deliberate selective outrage. The same bodies that rush to condemn Israel for defending itself had nothing to say when Hamas terrorists dragged Jewish girls and women from their homes, murdered them, and subjected many to sexual violence and kidnapping. The victims were Jewish, so their suffering did not fit the approved narrative. The perpetrators were Palestinian terrorists, so their crimes were downplayed or ignored.
Britain has seen the same double standard closer to home. Grooming gangs systematically raped and trafficked thousands of British girls while authorities and activists tiptoed around the ethnicity and religion of the abusers for fear of “racism” accusations. The same pattern of protecting certain groups while abandoning the victims repeats itself. International organisations that claim to care about women and children showed their true priorities on October 7 and in the months that followed.
There is no excuse for this silence. Kidnapping and raping girls is not resistance. It is barbarism. The organisations that stayed quiet revealed they are not neutral defenders of human rights. They are political actors who apply different rules depending on who the victim and perpetrator are. Jewish girls do not count. Israeli women do not count. Their pain is inconvenient.
The truth must be spoken without apology. Hamas and its supporters committed atrocities that day that shocked the civilised world. The refusal of so many supposed human rights bodies to condemn those crimes outright shows how corrupted those institutions have become. Victims deserve justice and recognition, not political filtering. The silence was shameful then. It remains shameful now.
