Don’t just focus on subscription based products. Launch (different) OTP skus with high first order profitability & reinvest those profits to into pushing subscription offers.
Then you can scale subscription ads even harder - since you’re able to absorb even higher CPAs on the front end.
We launched subscriptions for one of our brands a few months ago & the brand remains profitable every single day (even before factoring in subscription rebills), whilst simultaneously building MRR.
Probably an 8 figure play.
