@BobPriceBBTX Fantastic reporting, lots of spin off stories from this and the designation of PCC as terrorists. Some background here -- https://t.co/f4pXXoGDEd
The rise of a new democratic party
The Lynyrd Skinner Democrats
They dance on the tomb of Chick Schumer, make bonfires with Nancy Pelosi’s stock trade tickets, couldn’t afford Obamas Martha’s Vineyard mansions
If they worked 10 Lifetimes.
Trump and $4/gasoline will ignite a wildfire of support for this traumatised vet.
@luluGNavarro just profiled Graham Platner and I’d say we have a new political beast
The Lynyrd Skynyrd Democrat
— think ZZ Top rocking on the tomb of Chick Schumer as millions of working class Americans celebrating. He’s also going to set off a national fundraising base from across the political spectrum. “The Oysterman’s Army” — Maine is educated poor and pissed, it’s a not so quiet revolution.
Chilean Patagonia Rising
On a recent trip to Tierra del Fuego I encountered tourists from Thailand and India. WTF? It's record tourism and massive understanding of the value of intact ecosystems. What Doug and Kris Tompkins and a 1000 more planted is beginning to bloom. What a wondrous landscape.
I report and write in Patagonia often, it's a wonderland of the past, a rewilding lab for the future.

Jimmy — “Lots of yoghurt and lots of stretching and lots of ganga.”
Instantly my mantra…

@elderherbal@RWMaloneMD@SecKennedy Those who attack Stephanie Spear are those who never met her . I’ve been a reporter 31 years and she was among the most humble and decent press secretary/ inner circle staff I’ve ever dealt with.
@AngletonOrchids My favourite dig on fading democracies was a Brazilian senator (I think) who complained that the nation was so deteriorated.
“We are a wannabe banana republic, “ he publicly lamented
