Our daughter has with #dipg Brain cancer. There is no cure and typically 9m life expectancy.

I know I bang on about this but I do think it explains some recent binfires. Obviously trusts have no influence on JD pay or front door demand but too many are focussing on the top without sorting issues at the bottom, trying to make staff happy when they don’t yet feel safe.
