@Xxiong12Xiong @horror_wise @kaarmann @Wise @BBCBreaking Sadly these guys wont do anything quickly. It has been 25 days for us (269k) and still waiting. Most likely months of waiting left. Hopefully we'll get to see the money someday before we go bust due to cash flow issues.

@horror_wise @transferwise I have no idea how our business will survive for 60 working days (like 3 months) with 269k stuck! We will have to close the business which we have built up over 14 years thanks to @transferwise. Salaries & Supplier payments all stuck. This should not be allowed to happen!

Business account deactivated all of a sudden 20 days ago with 269k stuck. No response from WISE despite appeals, emails & calls. Very unprofessional company and a danger for business users. Lifes are being ruined by @transferwise.

@Wise Deactivation email was received on the 13th of April at 8:19 BST, filed appeal @ 9am same day (within an hour of your email) while I was on the phone with your customer support. Well past the 10 working days time frame.
