@Uber_Support It’s been 5 days since I asked why @Uber raised customer rates in the Phoenix AZ Market and didn’t increase driver rates. @Uber_Support said they take a closer look and will email me, but they have not yet. I don’t feel valued.
@Uber_Support The @Uber rates in the #Phoenix AZ market increased last week w/out notice. I’m still earning the old rates. When will you update this and retroactively pay me my portion?
@Uber_Support I just got the 2nd response from the in-app support. Sooo disappointed in the lack of effort being demonstrated by @Uber here are both of the responses. Please note that the exact same template response was used in both responses. Twitter Team seems less scripted. Help me out!
@Uber_Support@Uber_Support in-app response asked for screenshots and more details about my concern. Then the @Uber rep simply sent me a link to my current rates. I hope the Twitter support team can step in and help here. You appear more attentive to details.
@Uber_Support At this point I don’t want you to help me. It was only a $3.75 cancel fee. I would rather you train your in app support staff how to give a damn! #UberFail
Once again... Completely disappointed by the terrible @Uber_Support staff. Why am I not surprised? I received a cancel fee when a Rider cancelled while I was on my way today. Then the fee was reversed. Here is my in app exchange with @Uber
@davecraige Uber and Lyft are competitors but quickly joined forces against ppl just trying to make a living; right now they’re fighting together for the right to remain greedy.
@davecraige@Uber@lyft Do you think it’s so they can hide the actual surge and Primetime from the savvy drivers and passengers? We Can’t complain if we don’t know we’re getting screwed.
