I think i see your problems,Initially when i loaded the game i switched tabs to check something else,saw the two rabbits so walked toward them couldnt do anything so reloaded the page,then i saw the arrows,Isolate this to a literal room where the only element is the player the envioment and the apple ,After they pick up the apple then spawn a rabbit for them to drop the apple with, Should improve your onboarding and reduce your drop off by atleast 30%
