Under Tulsi Gabbard @TulsiGabbard office, her ODNI legislative affairs staff reached out to multiple members of Congress last week asking them to post tweets that reframe Bill Pulte’s @Pulte nomination as Acting DNI as an extension of Tulsi’s work as opposed to a corrective nomination by @POTUS to fix things at ODNI.

Let’s be clear. Pulte is coming in to clean up Gabbard’s mess. She was asked to resign MONTHS AGO by the @WhiteHouse as opposed to being fired for her obvious and distracting self-serving behavior.

A Congressional source has provided me with the text of the email that @ODNIgov sent to members of Congress immediately after President Trump nominated Bill Pulte.

Read the text of the email from Gabbard’s political staff in her Office of Legislative Affairs below:

“I am reaching out on behalf of ODNI Legislative Affairs with a request for assistance from Rep. [redacted]!

The @WSJ put out an article emphasizing that Acting DNI Pulte is coming in to make massive cuts, however, DNI Gabbard at the direction of the President has already scoped down the workforce of ODNI by nearly 50% and projected $1 billion dollar savings.

Would it be possible for your congressman to post on X emphasizing the progress that DNI Gabbard @DNIGabbard has made at her time here, noting that Director Pulte’s work will be a continuation of DNI Gabbard and the President’s efforts?

We appreciate your support of our Director and Mission.”

This is evidence that ODNI is actively trying to recruit members of Congress to sabotage Bill Pulte as Tulsi heads out the door. If Tulsi Gabbard’s staffers are willing to put something this damning in an email, imagine what they are texting/leaking to their friends and “journalists” over Signal to undermine President Trump.

Farrukh Ali and Tonmoy Sharma are 2 prominent South Asian figures indicted by federal prosecutors for orchestrating monumental healthcare fraud operations in Arizona.

While Arizona's ongoing $2.5 billion Medicaid "sober living" crisis has primarily targeted the state's American Indian Health Plan (AIHP), these two distinct international schemes represent some of the largest medical billing thefts in state history.

Farrukh Ali, The $650 Million Medicare scheme:
A federal grand jury indicted Farrukh Jarar Ali, a 41-year-old national who ran ProMD Solutions LLC, an Arizona-registered medical billing firm operated out of Pakistan. His operation alone accounted for roughly 20% of Arizona's entire sober living fraud losses.

Between April 2021 and July 2023, Ali conspired with at least 41 separate addiction and substance abuse clinics across Arizona.

The scheme deliberately targeted the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), specifically recruiting vulnerable Native Americans and homeless individuals from reservations and Phoenix encampments. Bad actors put a premium on these patients because the AIHP offers significantly higher reimbursement rates.

Ali submitted massive waves of false claims for intensive behavioral therapy sessions that never occurred. To bypass routine state audits, his network fabricated and altered thousands of electronic clinical therapy notes.

Ali's network billed AHCCCS for $650 million, successfully extracting $564 million in payouts. Ali personally pocketed $24.5 million in profits, using $2.9 million of the stolen healthcare funds to purchase a luxury estate on a golf course in Dubai.

Tonmoy Sharma, The $149 Million Behavioral Fraud Case:
In another major federal healthcare takedown, high-profile physician Tonmoy Sharma was arrested by federal agents at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) for masterminding a sprawling $149 million fraudulent network centered around psychiatric and addiction care.

Similar to the broader Arizona sober living crisis, Sharma's clinical entities billed public and private health insurance programs millions of dollars for highly complex psychiatric evaluations, substance abuse treatments, and laboratory screenings that were either never medically performed or completely unnecessary.

Following his indictment, federal authorities launched widespread asset forfeiture proceedings, seizing luxury vehicles, international bank accounts, and properties funded directly through the multi-million dollar billing enterprise.

H-1B FRAUD RING BUSTED IN CALIFORNIA

Sampath Rajidi and Sreedhar Mada, both 51, of Dublin, CA, just pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit visa fraud.

Rajidi ran two IT staffing firms (S-Team Software, Uptrend Technologies). Mada was the Chief Information Officer at UC Agriculture & Natural Resources in Davis.

Here’s the scheme:

They filed H-1B petitions claiming foreign workers would staff “University of California” projects. Mada used his UC title to make it look legit.

The jobs didn’t exist.

Once the visas were approved, they quietly marketed those workers to OTHER employers, having already secured the H-1B slots on false pretenses.

Both face up to 5 years + $250K fines. Sentencing is July 30.

The program isn’t broken by accident. It gets gamed on purpose.
