Surveillance video was shown during the preliminary hearing that CAPTURED the fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk from the rooftop. Judge Graf ruled that the enhanced version of the footage could be played in court so Charlie’s family could view it. It was NOT broadcasted by the media.

As the video was shown, Charlie’s widow, Erika Kirk, and his mother embraced each other in tears. Moments later, his parents quietly left the courtroom. 💔
