@TomKindlon I believe it is over reacting because the “ healing cycle” is prevented from completing, when the cells don’t get the “ all clear” signal that it is safe to heal and this can be psychological/ perceived, or physical stressors “ ( Naviaux 2020)

@Dan_Wyke Yip, I would say most of us were in Selye’s resistance stage for years before hitting the final stage of exhaustion and collapse( General Adaptive Syndrome)

@julierehmeyer That’s because your body is starting to shut down because you have hit the lowered threshold/ tolerance level or because of connections to triggers that have been learnt unconsciously by the brain. I hope my book helps you. All the best Jan
