@alisonkatebr Indeed. Overall a lot of great experiences, the Anne Frank and Van Gogh museums were amazing. I'd just expected relaxed meanderings along canals too, which it definitely wasn't. But, never having been, I do hear Utrecht is lovely!

@alisonkatebr I'm so glad you loved it. I wanted to love it too! But between seas of pedestrians on narrow pavements, cars clipping you one side + cyclists running you down on the other, Amsterdam was by far the most stressful walking experience I've ever had! I was almost in tears by the end.

@GeorgieR30 That's mad, sorry to hear that. Whereas I've been in situations where I've been trying to commission freelancers and have had to chase them over 48 hours just to get them to reply with a yes or no.
