He was sitting peacefully in parliament square having not been able to comply with the s14 condition as parliament square gardens was at capacity and social distancing in the gardens was therefore impossible. Police say he should have just gone home 🙄.

We are really pleased with teh judging. The MET conceded we are right on the law and protest is not banned per se.
