Delivered a used/defective phone after ordering from Moto IN official website, picked it up, then sent a 2nd DEFECTIVE replacement which was rejected on the spot. And now My refund of ₹27,999 is still pending!

@IRCTCofficial @IRCTCofficial raised my concern at 852480067815821092 This is not a standard voluntary cancellation. The duplicate booking from another ID within 1-minute, was forced by IRCTC's server crashing into a blank page post-debit. Hence two different IDs were used to book the Tatkal.
