@GWRHelp If it does reopen are we stil entitled to full delay repay? A few hundred of us were put on the slow 3 hour Waterloo train. It will be a 4 hour delay on original arrival time at Paddington. Staff at Ex st. d insisted the line would not reopen tonight and this was our only choice

@GWRHelp you have hundreds of people stuck at Newbury with no direction from staff. I understand it’s a situation that is very sad and can’t be helped but you’re giving mixed advice. A few hundred people were told there were coaches. No coaches. Can you advise what is happening
