@GWRHelp Are we still entitled to full delay repay? A few hundred of us were put on the slow 3 hour Waterloo train. It will be a 4 hour delay on original arrival time at Paddington. Staff at Ex st. d insisted the line would not reopen tonight and this was our only choice

@GWRHelp Hi, on the 15:13 from Bath to Paddington we were stuck for 2 hours on the train before it came back to Bath. We will do D&R for a refund for the inconvenience. However, we now have to buy tickets (again) to get to London this weekend. How can we be compensated?
