As much as I love @OpenAI products, their customer support is less then stellar. We keep getting charged for a long deleted business account, than they cancel the wrong subscription and put us into a higher pricing when reenabling it.
Still, the incorrect charges keep coming.

@ZARA_Care customer support is terrible. I have tried to get hold of someone in their chat and WhatsApp, but the implementation is so buggy that whenever I reach an agent, the chat times out within minutes of waiting for a response on their end. Same on WA.

OpenCode + GPT Subscription

I am on the 20$ Plus right now and mostly don’t max it out. I am not yet a super heavy user though. I think if you went with Pro, you get tons of usage and even the new spark model.

Apparently, OpenCode Black is a sub similar to CC and Codex and gives you access to multiple models.

But for me, OpenCode is a must.
