@RepBonnie I work in a LIHEAP program—it’s a pretty bare bones operation, not a lot of room for there to be fraud or waste. But that program literally saves lives every winter, particularly for our seniors on fixed incomes with high bulk fuel oil costs. Cutting it is just cruel.

LIHEAP literally saves lives by keeping our most vulnerable residents warm in the winter and cool on the hottest days of summer. Eliminating LIHEAP is nothing short of cruel.
